REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

CDBG-Administration
 

The Town of Woodstock, NH, requests written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in being considered for hire by the Town as Grant Administrator to manage a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project in Woodstock. The project is the Peeling Village Affordable Housing Project, the construction of 29 residential rental units, 22 of which are affordable units, at 117 Lost River Road, Woodstock. CDBG $500,000; Total Project Cost $10mil

Specific administrative services include the environmental review records coordination, maintenance of records, accounting, meetings, compliance with applicable procurement and labor compliance, reporting, and other federal regulation adherence required by the CDBG Grant Agreement.

This project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions and subject to the requirements of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.

Previous CDBG administration experience required/preferred.

All respondents must attend the NH CDFA Implementation Workshop on November 21, 2023.
